Established Architecture Firm Launches Expansion in the Metro Atlanta Region

Melissa Cantrell, President of CDH Partners, the Atlanta-based architecture, interior design, and master planning firm, announced that in response to growing their regional portfolio, have moved their office to 100 City View. CDH is committed to serving those in the community, so choosing a centralized location was essential. The new office is located at the northern hub of Atlanta with ease of access from the junction of Interstate 75 and 285 and is in close proximity to local attractions such as Truist Park, the Battery, and the West Palisades Trails on the Chattahoochee. Cantrell says, “The relocation to the 100 City View building is special because it allows us to maintain our Cobb County roots while providing the entertainment, attractions, and fine dining that can only be found in Atlanta.”
Cantrell noted that the new space is better aligned with their approach and philosophy of “Imagine More”. The office gravitates around a “Design Center” for colleagues and clients to enjoy and collaborate throughout the planning process. The open office configuration boasts a variety of settings including a soft seating area for casual conversations to encourage teamwork and mentorship. Additionally, the office provides small rooms for meditation or private conversations and large rooms for staff meetings or group presentations.
When asked about the recent pandemic and how it impacted their decision to expand, Cantrell stated, “As you know, COVID-19 has impacted the way businesses operate, and we were no exception. However, with the move to the new building, our workstyles naturally adapted to become more flexible to fit the contemporary office space making the switch to remote working a seamless transition. As team members begin to feel more comfortable returning to work onsite, this beautiful office will be ready and waiting to greet them!”
