CDH Partners is thrilled to announce that its President & CEO, Melissa Cantrell, has been named a 2025 Georgia Titan 100 by Titan CEO. This prestigious program recognizes Georgia’s top 100 CEOs and C-level executives who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision, and passion in their respective industries.
The 2025 Georgia Titan 100 and their companies collectively employ over 136,000 individuals and generate over $61 billion in annual revenues, showcasing their significant impact on the state’s economy. This year’s honorees represent the diverse landscape of Georgia’s business community, spanning sectors such as construction, marketing & advertising, financial services, food & beverage, information technology & services, and non-profit, among others.
“Georgia’s Titan 100 are redefining business with vision and purpose, setting new standards for growth, innovation, and impact,” says Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO. “These trailblazing leaders inspire transformation across industries, uplift communities, and drive meaningful change. We proudly celebrate their legacy of excellence and unwavering commitment to shaping a brighter future for all.”
Cantrell is a visionary leader in the architecture and design industry, driving significant change and setting new standards for excellence. She spearheaded a remarkable financial growth at CDH Partners, achieving a 27% profit margin in 2023 and earning prestigious awards like the 2023 Cobb Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year and a 2024 PSMJ Circle of Excellence Firm designation. Beyond financial success, Cantrell champions diversity and inclusion, building a leadership team comprised of 66% women and where 38% of our staff identify as minorities. As Principal Architect for McNair Middle School, the first Future Ready school in DeKalb County, she helped redefine the teaching and learning paradigm, becoming a sought-after thought leader and author on innovative educational spaces. Her leadership extends to community involvement, serving on several non-profit boards and demonstrating a deep commitment to social responsibility.
“I’m truly honored by this Titan 100 recognition. While I’m proud of my achievements, CDH’s successes are a direct result of the incredible team I have the privilege to work alongside every day,” says Cantrell. “Their dedication, creativity, and commitment to excellence are what drive our firm forward. Ultimately, I see this recognition as an opportunity to further contribute to our community and inspire positive change within our industry, and I’m grateful for the chance to do so.”
Cantrell, along with the other Titan 100 honorees, will be profiled in a limited-edition Titan 100 book and online. She will also be celebrated at the annual awards ceremony on May 8th, 2025, at the Delta Flight Museum.
