About Melissa
With a family whose claim to fame is the geodesic dome and for female builders, Melissa grew up around architecture and being able to visualize designed spaces. Melissa is the President and CEO of CDH Partners, where she handles operations to establish short and long-term goals, plans and strategies, as well as resourcing, employee growth, and budgets.
When she is not deciding operational strategies, building a diverse, well-oiled team, or networking, she is the principal of CDH’s education studio – ensuring resources and managing designs to deliver innovative architectural design and master planning to public and private educational clients. Melissa has led the expansion of our education design practice with innovative planning and design solutions that maximize resources for schools and universities. She believes in a strong collaborative process and focuses on future-ready design that impacts generations to come.
