CDH designed the prototype for this memory care facility which contains essential senior living features with luxury enhancements. In addition to providing three separate neighborhoods for memory care, the prototype is designed for adjacent rooms to be converted into an adjoining pair of rooms if the need arises. All units are ADA compliant and offer individual bathrooms and spacious storage for resident use.

Community features include a central courtyard with water features, spacious living and dining rooms, multi-purpose activity rooms, salon and spa. Overall, the entire facility is designed in keeping with BrightPointe’s emphasis on encouraging community and interaction.
